Training Content Designer

Leeds / Hybrid

As we continue to grow and evolve, we\'re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Content Creator to design training programs for our Customer Care Advocates.

The successful candidate will be responsible training needs analysis, programme design, production, and evaluation. This will include authoring and constructing training modules for training utilizing modern authoring. The candidate will coordinate and interact with stakeholders to ensure that all courses are delivered on schedule, as well as organize resources and logistics.

Key to this role is to be an excellent learner and to be able to take complex information and make it simple and easy to understand, using a variety of educational techniques. Candidates should have a love of teaching and learning, and great enthusiasm for visual effects.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you\'ll do:

• Design and develop course content, including but not limited to measurable learning objectives, scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, reference glossaries, and knowledge assessments
• Author training material that solves for learners across the globe
• Collaborate with operations and support team stakeholders to identify areas needing training team support
• Utilize recognized models to rapidly design, develop and publish engaging course content and learning activities for individual learning, online and virtual modalities with continuous evaluation/improvement cycles for the course content
• Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (usually from face-to-face to eLearning and virtual).
• Upload, test and maintain content to an LMS.

Potentially coach and mentor less experienced staff. * Identify and measure key metrics to track training effectiveness, business impact and ROI of training programs.

• Contribute to projects as required and work closely with documentation and video editing colleagues
• Engage in supporting process improvement and quality assurance projects/initiatives

Here are some of the skills you\'ll bring:

• Proven work experience with career progression in the field of instructional design, including significant experience in designing training solutions for large organizations(preferably global)
• Extensive experience with authoring tools
• Solid project management skills, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, working with stakeholders, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including individual learning, e-learning, and video.
• A work sample demonstrating your experience will be required as part of the hiring process.
• Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with learners and outcomes - simulation based training would be an advantage
• Demonstrated adult learning implementation and driving performance through impactful training.
