Job Description

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the training and development strategies for a dynamic team? Muntons Malt Ingredients is seeking a dedicated Training and Support Manager to lead our training function, ensuring our workforce has the skills and knowledge necessary to drive success within the Muntons Malt Ingredients team.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify training needs through evaluations and feedback to develop targeted training programmes. Design and coordinate training strategies utilising various instructional techniques, including e-learning and workshops. Facilitate engaging training sessions and oversee the roll-out of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support team members during onboarding and ensure adequate resources are provided for their roles. Track and report on training metrics, demonstrating the effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives. Provide documentation and information including training and traceability as required by QSHE and / or external auditors. Ensure there are several suitably trained deputies to also perform these tasks. Responsible for purchasing non-SAP items required for the effective operation of the Malt -Ingredients business unit. To provide cover or support for the Stock Controller role as /when required.

Ideal Candidate:



Minimum of 2 years' experience in training administration or 3 years in a related field. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proactive approach to team development. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
