Job Description

We're on the lookout for a friendly and organised Training & Sustainability Coordinator to join our Monster Ambition and Progression (MAP) Team. If you're passionate about helping people grow, making work more fun and impactful, and doing your bit for the planet--this could be the role for you!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop their career in HR, training, or sustainability. You'll support with organising training, helping us meet important compliance goals, and coordinating small-but-mighty projects that support our B Corp journey and greener ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing



Help coordinate training across the business--from onboarding new team members to tracking things like Health & Safety, GDPR, and other must-do training. Keep training records up to date and help schedule refreshers when needed. Support managers by helping book training sessions, communicating dates, and organising materials. Get involved in creating or delivering fun, engaging training (we'll support you with this). Help bring our sustainability plans to life by working with different teams to improve our impact and track progress. Organise small events or activities that encourage people to get involved in our environmental and community goals. Help write or update policies and guides on sustainability or training topics. Support in with other MAP projects, like recruitment or team engagement. General admin support to the team.

What We're Looking For



Someone super organised, who enjoys keeping things on track and ticking things off a list. A good communicator--happy to talk to people at all levels and explain things clearly. Friendly and helpful, with a positive approach and a willingness to learn. Interested in people development and sustainability--no need to be an expert yet. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook). Someone who enjoys being part of a team but can also crack on independently.

Working Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. You can start anytime between 8:00am and 9:30am, and finish between 4:00pm and 5:30pm.

You'll be based at our Sheriff Hutton site (YO60), so own transport is essential. You'll also visit our Scunthorpe warehouse (approx. weekly) and might travel to our Netherlands site (Venlo) now and again. All travel expenses shall be reimbursed.
