Job Description


This is a brand new role sitting within our Modernisation function. The key purpose of this role to support the Chief Transformation Office to ensuring the function effectively manages the interaction with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Board, Executive team and their wider functional teams.

You will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices, providing direction, governance and oversight to key stakeholders (internal & external) including preparing regular updates to senior executives and regulators against established programme goals.

What you will be doing

Your responsibilities will include\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Providing strategic advice and support to the Transformation Engagement Partner on all aspects of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Transformation programme
  • Working with the Transformation Engagement Partner and the wider transformation leadership team to ensure alignment of the Transformation programme\'s goals and objectives with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategy
  • Supporting the Transformation Planning Manager on strategic planning efforts, including developing/implementing Transformation goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations for the Group Chief Transformation Officer, Group Chief Operating Officer and other senior leaders
  • Responsibility for producing business cases (where applicable), detailing all cost, efficiency and customer/colleague benefits, presenting to senior management / committees for approval

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
  • Previous experience supporting strategic change initiatives is essential
  • Previous experience working with a wide range of stakeholders up to and including Senior stakeholders/c-suite level is essential
  • Previous experience in operations and project management is essential
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
