We are a well established family run business looking to expand our Transport team
You will need to be a good team player, with great communication skills and a positive approach. Customer Service experience is essential, ideally in a Transport background.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Late finish may be needed on occasion)
Duties will include, but not limited to;
Key account point of contact for deliveries
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Track and provide updates on deliveries and service requests
Collaborate with drivers and hauliers to resolve operational challenges
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and with a positive attitude
Perform general admin duties to ensure the smooth flow of work
Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within transport and logistics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving abilities and proactive approach to issue resolution
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
A positive, empathetic and professional demeanor.
Salary is open to negotiation

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
