Location: Coulsdon - (PLEASE NOTE - The depot will be moving to Salford, Redhill during Autumn/Winter.)

We're looking for a

Transport Depot Supervisor

to lead our busy depot in

Redhill

. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role managing a team of multi-drop pharmaceutical drivers and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and compliantly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage and support a team of delivery drivers Oversee daily dispatch, route planning, and depot operations Ensure compliance with GDP and company SOPs Handle rotas, holidays, absence management, and staff development Liaise with senior management and other departments to meet KPIs Take responsibility for vehicle checks, safety, and depot cleanliness Lead recruitment, inductions, and on-the-job training Step in to cover driving duties when needed

What You'll Need:

2+ years' experience in a similar supervisory role Experience managing drivers and fleet logistics Strong understanding of Health & Safety (GDP/MHRA knowledge a plus) Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills A full UK driving licence Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
