Salary:

33,724.00 per annum + overtime pay, with a salary increase upon completion of probation.

Hours:

45 hours per week, Day Shift, Monday to Friday.

As our

Transport Depot Supervisor

, you'll take the lead at our busy depot in Coulsdon, overseeing daily operations and supporting a dedicated team of multi-drop pharmaceutical drivers. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same and your impact is felt across patient care every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and supporting a team of delivery drivers Overseeing daily dispatch, route planning, and depot operations Ensuring compliance with GDP, MHRA standards, and company SOPs Managing rotas, holidays, absence, and staff development Collaborating with senior management to meet KPIs and service targets Conducting vehicle checks and maintaining depot safety and cleanliness Leading on recruitment, inductions, and new-starter training Providing driving cover when required

What You'll Need

2+ years' experience in a supervisory or transport management role Experience managing drivers and fleet logistics Strong understanding of Health & Safety (GDP/MHRA knowledge advantageous) Excellent communication, organisational, and decision?making skills A full UK driving licence Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
