Duties

Manage and coordinate all transport activities, . Develop and implement transport strategies that align with company objectives. Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimise efficiency. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Utilise IT systems to track vehicles and manage logistics data effectively. Supervise and lead a team of transport staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Prepare reports on transport performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in a transport or logistics management role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships. A solid understanding of entertainment industry and best practices. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
