Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Newport
Salery 25K - 27k
Your main duties would be;
The Role
The role is office based in Newport, the successful candidate must have their own transport.
This will involve but is not limited to:
Collecting driver's paperwork and sorting through PODS
Scanning docs and Uploading docs
Posting letters and chasing orders
Emailing invoices pods, and invoicing
Call and speak with drivers and partner hauliers.
Setting up new customers and Sending costs to customers
Sorting through queries and meeting end of month targets
Key Requirements
Positive and solution based approach to work
Excellent customer service skills
Confident communicating via both phone and email
Experience in transport admin preferred but not essential
Experience of Microsoft office packages in a work environment
Be able to learn new IT systems quickly and accurately
Be a team player that is focused on delivering the best possible customer experience
UK National or right to work in the UK essential, no visa can be offered.
To successfully manage existing accounts
