Job Description

Transport Planner - Raydon

We're looking for an organised and proactive

Transport Planner

to join our busy team in Raydon. In this role, you'll manage up to 35 self-employed Trade Plate Drivers, planning daily collections and deliveries through our FleetPlus system and ensuring customers receive a first-class service.

What you'll do:

Allocate and route drivers for maximum efficiency and productivity. Record and manage vehicle movement data accurately. Provide daily telephone support and problem-solving for drivers. Work with Customer Service and Refurbishment teams to keep information updated. Handle operational challenges, peaks, and absences effectively. Take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota. Produce reports to support management decisions.

What we're looking for:

Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to plan, problem-solve, and prioritise under pressure. Experience in transport, logistics, or planning roles (preferred). A team player with excellent customer service focus.

Pay: 30,200.00-35,200.00 per year
