About Us

Ivory Dental is a respected, modern multi-disciplinary dental practice dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and a seamless treatment journey. We are now looking for a confident and experienced Treatment Coordinator with a strong background in soft sales and patient communication to join us on a full-time basis.


This is a patient-facing role that blends clinical understanding, treatment planning support, and reception responsibilities, all while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Permanent Role, Full-time: 39.5 hours per week 4-day working week working Monday, Tuesday & Thurday 8.15-7pm & Friday 8.15-5.30pm Woking along side our dedicated team with your own consultation room/office Varied duties across TCO, reception, and clinical support

What We're Looking For

GDC-qualified (nursing background essential) Confident in patient communication Skilled in soft sales and treatment plan conversions Personable, professional, and proactive Comfortable covering reception duties when needed Experienced in supporting treatment planning and patient coordination Experience in private dentistry and knowledge of dental software would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:


Provide chairside and consultation support to clinicians Welcome patients and carry out consultations Guide patients through their treatment journey with clarity and care Confidently discuss treatment plans, options, and payment solutions Use soft sales skills to support treatment uptake Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and referrals Manage patient enquiries across phone, email, and online platforms Cover reception duties as required Maintain accurate records and support patient finance processes
