to join our kitchen team and help take our food to the next level.

Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled chef with

proven experience in Turkish cuisine

, especially in preparing both hot and cold mezes, traditional casseroles, and signature dishes like Mousaka and Kavurma. This is a key role for someone who not only knows the classics but is also passionate about

refining recipes

and

bringing fresh ideas

to our menu.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a range of traditional Turkish dishes to a high standard Lead the preparation of hot and cold mezes with consistency and flair Maintain quality and presentation across all dishes, including casseroles and baked items Support menu development with authentic, creative ideas Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth service Help train and guide junior kitchen staff when required

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience working in a professional Turkish kitchen Strong knowledge of Turkish ingredients, flavours, and cooking methods Skilled in preparing key dishes like Mousaka, casserole, Kavurma, and more Passion for perfecting recipes and contributing new ideas Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure A team player who takes pride in high standards

Pay: 14.00-17.00 per hour
