As a Turkish Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional Turkish dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen staff while fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
Plan and design authentic and modern Turkish menus using seasonal and fresh ingredients.
Ensure the highest standards in the preparation, presentation, and service of Turkish dishes.
Manage inventory and order Turkish-specific ingredients to maintain quality and authenticity.
Oversee adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations in compliance with public health standards.
Train and guide kitchen staff in preparing traditional Turkish dishes such as kebabs, mezes, pide, dolma, and baklava.
Coordinate events and catering services to deliver memorable Turkish culinary experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and supervise all cooking equipment.
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure consistency, authentic taste, and premium quality.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Turkish Chef
or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong background in Turkish cuisine, fine dining, or catering is preferred.
Demonstrated ability in Turkish menu design, inventory management, and kitchen supervision.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and shifts.
Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
