? About the Role
Our 6-month Internship Programme is designed for junior candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment. The internship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills across two key areas of the business -- Sales and Operations -- providing a well-rounded understanding of how a modern organisation drives growth and delivers value to its customers.
? Key Responsibilities
1. Sales

  • Assisting with lead generation and prospect research
  • Supporting the sales team in client outreach, proposal preparation, and CRM management
  • Learning about the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure
  • Participating in sales meetings, product demos, and internal strategy sessions
2. Operations
  • Gaining exposure to the company's day-to-day operational processes
  • Assisting with project coordination, logistics, and data tracking
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of internal and external initiatives
  • Learning about process improvement, reporting, and business performance metrics

  • Recent graduate or gap year / end-of-studies
  • Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Interest in business operations, sales, or customer success
  • Excellent written and spoken English
