We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, giving you the stability of a guaranteed income with the potential to significantly increase your earnings based on performance. You'll be responsible for driving new business, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through warm leads, emails, networking, and referrals.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting delegate relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and team KPIs.
Accurately track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Proven success in sales, ideally in a performance-driven environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
