Overview:

We are seeking university students to join our dynamic team for our busy graduation season in July 2026.

You will only be suitable for this role if you are currently studying at a UK university or have very recently graduated

. Please note that you could be working at a graduation event in any town or city in the UK that is allocated to you if you are successful during July 2026 as we work with over eighty universities nationwide. The ideal candidates will be responsible for capturing high-quality images across the country at graduation events. To be suitable for this role you must be over eighteen years of age and you must be a student at a uk college or university. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about photography and is a chance for students to showcase their skills whilst gaining experience in a professional environment. Candidates will be expected to attend two days full training. Not all candidates who attend the training days will be successful in securing the role. The training is paid at an hourly rate of 12.25. If you are successful in securing the commercial photography role you will be paid a daily rate of 150 per day plus expenses including a food allowance, travel and accommodation. You must be willing to travel and stay away from home.

Responsibilities:

You must be available to work at graduations in July 2026

Be able to attend graduation events throughout the UK, staying away from home, including evenings and weekends (expenses paid)

You will be setting up a studio and taking high quality photographs of graduates during graduation events

You will be expected to work with Tempest team members to ensure photography during graduation events runs as smoothly as possible, whilst providing excellent customer service to clients, graduates and their families

Be able to work quickly and efficiently

Maintain a professional appearance at all times

Adhere to a schedule, arrive on time and stay for the duration of the event that has been assigned to you
