Job opportunity:



We are looking for a USA Business Development Manager/Account Manager to bring in new business and sell to a large portfolio of existing American accounts. This is a dynamic sales position where no two days are the same. This is the perfect opportunity to utilise your sales and account management experience in a fast-paced sales role with uncapped commission.

You will be part of a growing team based at our Worthing, West Sussex Head Office and will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week.

You will be working in line with US Eastern Standard Time (UK: Monday to Friday

12pm - 9pm

) and observe American bank holidays.

Roles and responsibilities:



Take a buoyant American sales territory to the next level. You must be used to a fast-paced sales environment where time management is key. Through targeted and focused prospecting, account networking, cross-selling and reacting to inbound sales leads, you will be expected to generate and close new business to add to our American sales revenue. Carry out sales presentations / demonstrations via Teams as part of our quote closing process.

What we are looking for

:

Strong B2B sales experience (2+ years preferred). The hunger to succeed in sales and business development. A competitive attitude. Consultative sales experience - consultative, targeted, sales and pro-active account management experience. Relationship building skills at all levels. Technically inquisitive nature. The ability to multi-task. Excellent prospecting and cross selling skills - you're not afraid to pick-up the phone.
