Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales, with excellent communication skills and a flair for customer service.
Commission will be paid per car sold every week.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on car specifications
- Negotiate prices and finalise sales agreements
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Utilise sales management software to track leads and customer interactions
- Admin skills required such as data input etc
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry and experience with mechanics
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell and maximise sales opportunities
- Proficiency in using sales software to maintain customer records
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with customers
