The Company Supreme Developments Ltd trades as Supreme-Autos and specialises in the purchase & resale of German cars predominantly BMW. We choose slightly older but carefully looked after models which we prepare to a very high standard in order to offer luxury vehicles at affordable prices.
We are seeking a hard working motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to take over the management and running of a small used vehicle Company. The Owner is semi retiring and this role includes the complete admin and certain accounting functions.
This is a Hands On Position and is the only Position planned at this time. There is the opportunity to acquire partial ownership of the operation where we would hope the successful Candidate will build the Business to the next and future levels.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car purchasing process. A key requirement is a person who is very familiar with IT Social Media, updating the Company website etc.
Again the ideal candidate will be able and willing to play a day to day active role to include preparing vehicles to the highest standard inside and out, performing simple repairs and adjustments, collecting/delivering vehicles. Also to sell used BMW spare parts including the removal, packaging etc.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options, we need an agreement with a Finance Company
Maintain an organised database of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
Utilise sales software to track sales performance and manage customer relationships.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Set & achieve monthly targets.
Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Familiarity with sales management software is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
