Used Cooking Oil (UCO) Processing Supervisor

Hindmans Way, Barking, Dagenham, RM9 6LN

38,760 per annum, Plus Pension, BUPA Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance and 22 Days' Holiday + Bank holidays (rising with service)

Shift pattern 6am - 2:30pm & 1:30pm - 10pm rotating

As a Processing Supervisor based at our brand new Dagenham processing plant, you will be a fundamental part of our team, enabling us to continue with our mission to serve the planet, a purpose we care strongly about and are committed to.

The Job

Ensure Health & Safety of team on site Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and ISCC Supervise workforce to ensure that all tasks are completed Operation and understanding of Process Equipment Operation and management of Steam systems Operation and management of Pumps Ensure Planned preventative maintenance is carried out as scheduled Effectively manage the Permit to work system Sub-Contractor management Effectively implement and manage the Lock out Tag Out (LoTo) System Conduct return to work interviews and handle disciplinary meetings where required Assist Manager in relation to the processing operation Ensure stock levels are kept consistent for business of new oil Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles Cover UCO Processing Manager during times of absence

What we're looking for

Supervisor/Team leader experience Experience gained in a Processing environment Understanding Of Planned maintenance Previous manual handling experience Permit to work / LoTo experience
A forklift truck licence is desirable
