So, what are we looking for?



We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Finance team with day-to-day utility and council tax management across our property portfolio. Your contribution in our supportive team environment will directly impact efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our operations.

This is a solid administrative role requiring high accuracy and attention to detail. You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial records related to utilities and council tax are current, correct, and compliant.

Your responsibilities with us:



Manage utilities and council tax accounts across a portfolio of properties (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax). Handle bills-inclusive and bills-exclusive bookings. Oversee day-to-day utility operations including resolving billing issues, and processing payments. Use workflow management system (Monday.com) to track and manage utility data. Maintain accurate financial and utility records in coordination with the Finance team. Work with third-party support partners and local councils to resolve queries and discrepancies. Identify and escalate inefficiencies or cost-saving opportunities. Manage communication and relationships using the company CRM platform (Monday.com) Support finance operations as required.

Who you will be:



Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills.

Experience with Monday.com is desirable.

Familiarity with SAGE 50 preferred but not essential. Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar finance or admin role preferred. Confident, with a strong character able to manage challenging conversations with suppliers and councils. Excellent organisational and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: 26,208.00-28,000.00 per year
