Overview



We're looking for a dynamic data-centric Vehicle Buyer to join the Carsa purchasing team. Data is at the very core of our day-to-day business helping to influence our decision making and drive efficiencies.

The is not purely about acquiring the best stock in the marketplace, but also about how we manage stock to get the best outcomes for our customers and our partners

Full Key Responsibilities



The role involves managing stock inventory day to day Maintaining and building relationships with our partners Analysing data to optimise margin, speed of sale, quality and volume Work closely with team members in the preparation department Identifying new opportunities for improvement within our purchasing and pricing model Collaborate with teams across the business to problem solve and improve process

What you need



Competent in using Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint or similar services Previous Automotive experience is not essential but would be an advantage Knowledge of car specifications across a wide breadth of manufactures would be beneficial The ability to read and interpret data Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working at pace and to multiple deadlines Excellent organisational skills and ability to deal with ambiguity and manage your time A starter-finisher with a willingness to show initiative A thorough and methodical approach with great attention to detail An ability to recognise opportunities and present solutions
