We are seeking a dedicated and organised Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client services, managing case files, and ensuring effective communication between clients and service providers. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A background in logistics or warehouse operations, along with driving experience, will be highly advantageous. Duties
Manage and maintain detailed case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and service delivery schedules with clients and external providers
Utilise commercial driving skills to deliver essential documents or equipment as needed
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external agencies to facilitate seamless service provision
Operate flatbed vehicles or other delivery vehicles for transportation of goods or equipment when required
Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management and organising supplies
Conduct regular assessments of client needs and adjust care plans accordingly
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all activities involving driving or warehouse operations
Qualifications
Proven experience in driving, including commercial driving or as a delivery driver
Knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to vehicle maintenance or warehouse equipment
Previous warehouse experience is desirable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Valid driver's licence with relevant endorsements.
Experience operating flatbed vehicles preferred
Ability to work independently with excellent organisational skills
Valid driving licence suitable for operating large vehicles or lorries is advantageous
