We're after someone who's quick on their feet, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about doing a good job alongside our other Service Advisor. Salary is dependant on experience

You'll be one of two people at the front desk, working together to keep the day running smoothly. If you've got the confidence to handle a busy reception and the warmth to make every customer feel welcome, you'll fit right in.

? What You'll Be Doing

Giving every customer a great experience, from the first call to when they drive off Explaining what's going on with their car in a way that makes sense to them Keeping the team in sync, customers, technicians, parts, the lot Helping to deliver a high-quality experience that builds loyalty and keeps customers coming back Talking to customers about our Service Plans, showing them how they can save money and stay on top of their car costs. With around 20 customers a day, that's 20 opportunities to make a difference and earn commission on every plan sold
? What You Bring

Proven customer service experience, whether it's from hospitality, retail, or the motor trade, if you know how to look after people, we want to hear from you A calm head, a clear voice, and the confidence to keep things running smoothly A positive mindset, you don't just solve problems, you make every interaction count and make people feel looked after Curiosity, we'll teach you the technical side, you just need the drive to learn
