Rental Team

at

Premier Motors

in Newport. We operate a fleet of 65 hire cars and commercial vehicles, providing rentals to both corporate and retail customers.

We're seeking a motivated individual to help maintain and prepare our vehicles to the highest standards, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Salary:

Dependent on experience

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid) Alternated Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, prepare and inspect hire vehicles to ensure they are rental-ready. Deliver and collect vehicles, including vans and minibuses across the Island and Ferry ports. Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone (Saturdays only). Support the rental team with day-to-day operations. Maintain and build excellent customer relationships.

Ideally, we are looking for:

Full clean UK driving licence (essential). Friendly, professional, and approachable with a positive attitude. Excellent communication, organisation and computer skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
