Venue Coordinator
to help support our team of passionate Membership Recruiters (Charity Fundraisers). In this part-time role, you'll be key to making sure our teams have great venues to work from across the region.
You'll work
18 hours a week across 4 mornings
, with some flexibility around start and finish times, and provide remote "on-call" support one weekend a month to help with any urgent venue issues.
The salary for this role is
11,013.60 per annum
,
pro-rated from a full-time equivalent of 22,945
, plus a performance-related bonus ranging from
1,750 to 5,050 per year

What you will do as a Venue Coordinator:
Identify, book and allocate quality venues/events for a team of fundraisers within designated geographical areas.
Maintain the database daily to ensure all details contained within are accurate.
Create and manage relationships with venues.
Assess the quality of venues for future use based on feedback and venue results.
Respond to any venue issues on the day and provide backup venues asap, if required.
Create monthly schedules within required timescales.
Liaise with the Institute of Fundraising as required.
Occasional requirement to travel to help with event setup and logistics.
About you:
You have excellent attention to detail, ensuring all information related to bookings is accurately maintained on our cloud-based Salesforce CRM system.
You possess strong organisational and communication skills.
You have excellent IT skills, with significant experience using MS Office packages and databases.
You bring strong people skills -- you are tactful, diplomatic, and confident in negotiation.
Experience in event or venue booking is desirable.
You are flexible and able to adapt quickly and calmly within a fast-changing environment.
Due to the remote location of our office, a full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
We're ideally looking for someone based locally to our office near Bicester, or within reasonable travel distance, to support the in-person requirements of the role.

Wildlife Fundraising (Central) Limited (WFC) is a not-for-profit company, wholly owned by a group of Wildlife Trusts.
The Wildlife Trusts is a federation made up of 46 Wildlife Trusts and a central charity (the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts) who work together across the UK to; bring wildlife back, help everyone to take meaningful action for nature and create an inclusive society where nature matters.
Our fundraisers work at pre-arranged venues and events across the following counties- Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
