Venue Supervisor
Job Description
General Duties:
As a Venue Supervisor within our Multi- Activity Entertainment Centre, you will have a key role to play ensuring our customers (and Staff!) have the best time with us.
You'll be crucial in supporting our team in giving our customers the best service and experience, to ensure they have a fun and relaxing time while with us. You will be expected to work as part of a team, and be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean and always welcoming. Other duties will include handling customer complaints and issues in a responsible manner, training and development of new team members, supporting the management team with orders, stock management, and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the venue.
This position offers an opportunity to be part of exciting venue in Carlisle. Experience within a Supervisory Role is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
