Veterinary Client Care Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a Veterinary Client Care Assistant to join our busy, progressive 100% Small Animal Practice.
The role involves answering telephone calls, booking appointments, organising the practice diary, taking payments from clients and cashing up on a daily basis, along with various administration tasks.
There will also be some animal handling required whilst assisting the Veterinary Surgeon.
The successful applicant must have excellent client care and organisational skills and have a passion for working within the Veterinary sector.
Administration experience and an excellent telephone manner essential.
Experience with animals helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
Employer contributing pension.
Salary commensurate with experience.
