Shifts:

Weekend Working, Alternate shifts of Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 - 16:00 and 12:00 - 20:00. 1: 6


We have an exciting opening in our Village Vet Client Care team for our West Hampstead practice.Our front-of-house teams are the face and voice of our business therefore, this role is extremely valued within the hospital team.


In this role, you will work closely with our clinical team to guarantee that our clients and patients receive top-quality service and care.


Your key responsibility will be to ensure that they have a seamless and professional experience with us.

Manage and deal with appointment bookings in a professional and efficient manner Answer and make calls to veterinary practices, insurance companies and clients with a high level of customer service Support the business with a range of administrative duties Show awareness of financial control within the practice and follow up with clients for outstanding payments Be happy to discuss financial issues with clients if needs be Daily management of the practice diary to ensure all patients are booked in efficiently and any gaps can be proactively filled Work closely with your vet and neighbouring branches Serving customers and taking payments, advising customers on products and services


The successful candidate will be a very flexible, sociable and adaptable person with a passion for amazing customer service.

Previous customer-facing experience Reception or Client Care experience is highly desirable Strong administration and organisation skills Confident using the telephone Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly motivated to provide excellent service to clients and the practice.
