Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Thameswood Vet Clinics. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and offering advice and support for our clients and their pets while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Your contributions will help us maintain our high standards of care and service. Looking for a great Team player who will fit into our friendly team

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival at the clinic. Manage phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain client records. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar. Handling administrative responsabilities efficiently and working to deadlines. Provide support to the clinical team and maintain good communications

Requirements

Proven experience in client care diploma in animal management or equivalent preferred Strong organisation skills with attention to detail . Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy medical environment. A passion for animal welfare and compassion towards people is mandatory
JOB DETAILS

4 day week 8.30am to 7pm , 1 hr liunch

2 in 4 saturday mornings , no bank holidays

working at main clinic and one branch
