Veterinary Receptionist/Support

We have a new position available for experienced Receptionist/Support within our Farm team!

The successful candidate should be an experienced Receptionist providing support to the vets and our clients, be able to work under pressure within a highly motivated team in a fast paced environment and have the flexibility to adapt to the varied day to day requirements of the role and the business as a whole.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm on a rota basis.

Our ideal candidate

Our ideal candidate should be experienced in front facing reception duties and possess excellent communication skills.
We are looking for someone to be a friendly face and voice of MBM Farm and a first point of contact for our Farm clients and Farm vets. There will also be a requirement within the role to carry out medicine deliveries to our MBM branch practices therefore a full UK driving licence is required.

Duties will include:-

Co-ordination of the farm diary Putting up farm medicine orders Help drive farm central delivery service Complete farm month end process on PMS Enter TB test data ,Dairymate data and run Total Vet reports Antibiotic collations Perform administrative and Farm reception duties as required Stock management and control of Farm products and medicines taking Farm seasonality into account. Medicine order deliveries


Livestock knowledge is desired.
