Manage the scheduling and coordination of video shoots, including booking studio time, allocating production resources, and ensuring all filming logistics run smoothly.
Social Media Content Creation:
Collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams to create engaging, platform-appropriate video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, from ideation to final delivery.
High-End & Stakeholder Content Production:
Support the creation of premium-level content for senior executives and top stakeholders, ensuring messaging, tone, and production quality meet corporate standards.
Production Support:
Help with post-production processes, including reviewing edits, adding subtitles, or branding elements, and helping to publish and distribute content.
Workflow Coordination:
Help streamline video production processes by tracking ongoing projects, supporting production calendars, and updating team documentation.
Mailbox Management:
Oversee the video team's shared central mailbox with other producers, ensuring prompt and professional responses to internal requests and queries.
Requirements:
Strong interest in video production and digital content, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with a confident, proactive approach to stakeholder management.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and video formats.
Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
Interest in financial markets and willingness to learn.
Understanding of corporate content and how it is used within regulated and investment-related environments.
Ability to tailor messaging for internal and external audiences.
A collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
