flexii is a fast-growing small start up self-care and grooming startup specialising in hygienic, durable, and eco-friendly silicone face, body, and back scrubbers. We're redefining the way people approach skincare and shower routines -- with smarter, better tools and community-led storytelling.

We're now building a small but powerful content team to take our brand presence to the next level on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and LinkedIn. If you're passionate about beauty, skincare, and the world of content creation, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities & What We're Hiring For:

This could be one multi-skilled role or several part-time/freelance collaborators depending on your expertise.

Video Editor (Short-Form Content)

Edit TikToks, Reels, and Shorts for flexii using UGC-style templates Must be comfortable creating from scratch andwith AI-generated content (Arcads, Pika, HeyGen etc.) Understand TikTok pacing, trends, sound selection, and conversion-driven storytelling
Social Media Manager

Plan, post, and manage daily content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Stay on top of trends, use viral formats, and schedule content using planning tools Write captions, hashtags, and reply to community comments (when applicable)
Graphic Designer / Motion B-roll Creator

Create visually striking product content -- both graphic-based and B-roll from silicone products Help build storyboards, product animations, or simple explainer visuals for short-form use Generate branded visuals for flexii's channels with a clean, premium feel
Scriptwriter - AI/Human Hybrid

Write scroll-stopping hooks, engaging short scripts, and pain point-based content for 15-30 second videos Able to feed prompts to AI platforms (Arcads, ChatGPT, HeyGen) and fine-tune for tone and format Generate LinkedIn thought-leadership posts around skincare, product development, and founder journey
Qualifications / Skills - Must-Have Skills / Tools

Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro UGC AI Tools: Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen, Pika, Runway, etc. Graphic Design: Canva Pro, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Content Planning Tools: Later, Buffer, Notion, Trello, or similar Social Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts (including format specs, trends, hashtags, etc.)Ideal Candidate: Portfolio of high-performing short-form videos Understands direct-to-consumer brands and TikTok-native marketing Can work quickly, adapt fast, and loves experimenting with content formats Bonus: Experience in the skincare, wellness, or lifestyle spaceWhat You'll Get Fully remote -- work from anywhere in the world Total flexibility -- set your own hours and creative rhythm Creative ownership -- full control over the brand's aesthetic, storytelling, and content direction Autonomy -- pitch and lead projects, test ideas, shape what Flexii looks and sounds like Founder-level input -- work directly with the founder to make big creative decisions Opportunity for equity -- prove your impact, and you'll have the opportunity to grow into a partner with equity in the business
