Job Summary:




The role of Video & Graphic Design Officer will be to lead the creation and delivery of compelling visual content that brings the organisation's values and mission to life.


You will play a key role in proactively identifying content opportunities, developing creative concepts, and maintaining a content pipeline to support campaigns, communications, and service delivery. You will assist in the planning and coordinating of video shoots across jurisdictions, to directing staff and the individuals we support with care and professionalism. Content should be high-quality inform, inspire, and engage diverse audiences.


This role requires a strong visual storyteller who is organised, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will edit final products tailored to a variety of platforms--from social media reels to training materials--while responding to feedback quickly and meeting tight deadlines.

Please note - This role is part time, 30 hours per week

Key accountabilities:



To take full ownership of Praxis Care's video and visual content strategy To plan and coordinate all aspects of video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and internal approvals To liaise with service managers, support staff, and other internal stakeholders to arrange access, permissions, and shoot participants To incorporate feedback quickly and meet tight deadlines To ensure each video aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals and organisational values

About The Role



Requirements of the Role:



You will be required to participate in the company appraisal and staff review process To adhere to and model the company values, behaviours and competencies at all times To carry out all duties of the post in accordance with Praxis expectations, regulations and policies To carry out additional duties of the role and all other required duties as and when necessary To work the necessary hours to fit the needs of the service

Experience & Qualifications:

Degree in film with practical film production education

OR

1 year of paid or volunteer experience that included video production plus at least one of the following: + Writing
+ Copy editing
+ Graphic design
+ Video editing
+ Social media management

Skills & Competencies:

Video production skills, including experience operating camera, sound and lighting equipment Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once Highly organised

Required Criteria



Degree in film with practical film production education 1 year of paid or volunteer experience that included video production plus at least one of the following: - Writing - Copy editing - Graphic design - Video editing - Social media management

Desired Criteria



Degree in marketing, film, communications, English/creative writing, graphic design or a related field UK or Ireland driver's licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes Editing and/or creation of documents using Adobe InDesign Google Ads & Google Analytics
