The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and personable Commercial Viewing Representative to join our dynamic Commercial team. As a Viewing Representative, you will play a crucial role in showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants, providing them with detailed information and ensuring a positive viewing experience.
Key responsibilities
Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
Provide detailed information about the properties, including features, benefits, and surrounding amenities.
Answer any questions and address concerns from potential buyers and tenants.
Gather feedback from viewings and report to the sales team.
Assist in preparing properties for viewings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and current listings.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Ensure all viewings are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude.
Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
Adaptable with strong time management and organisational skills.
Proactive, can-do approach with a target-driven mindset.
Smart, personable, and professional demeanour.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
