Violin Teacher
Job Description
Chorley School of Music are looking to expand their team of music teachers. The job role is teaching one to one tuition and/or small groups both at Chorley School of Music.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a good standard of practical ability on their chosen instrument, as well as a good knowledge of theory.
It is preferred (but not essential) that applicants have previous experience working with different age groups.
Teachers work on a self employed basis earning 18 per hour.
The position is mainly part time (evenings and/or weekends) based on the applicant's availability which enables flexibility for students and teachers.
At this time we are looking for someone with availability on a Wednesday evening. This role is taking over from an exsisting tutor and so there is immediately a full evening of students. There will also be opportunities for additional evenings depending on applicant's availability.
