We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Violin Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal development. Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with curriculum standards across designated subjects or year groups.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, respect, and enthusiasm for learning.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic achievement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioural concerns.
Organise extracurricular activities that complement the curriculum and promote student engagement.
Uphold school policies on safety, behaviour management, and safeguarding at all times.
Qualifications
Be a minimum of Grade 8
Proven experience in teaching within a school environment is desirable but not essential for newly qualified teachers.
Be confident to provide 1:1 lessons to all ages and abilites
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage diverse classroom needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate students.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
