ABOUT THE ROLE


In the role of Waiter, your key focus will be to:

welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner prepare buffet offerings and ensure they are presented well demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests provide prompt, friendly and efficient service personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate create an emotional engagement with guests, thus creating exceptional memories

ABOUT YOU

previous experience in a similar environment strong interest and passion for food & beverage excellent customer service skills; ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile immaculate personal presentation
