Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our brand new restaurant Pepito, opening in Ballyhackamore (sister restaurant of Neill's Hill) dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate billing Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including resetting tables for new guests Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Experience

Previous experience in catering or restaurant service is highly desirable A background in hospitality would be preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.22 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
