Liberi Care is seeking compassionate and resilient Waking Nights Support Workers to join our Ofsted regulated children's home in Tottenham. Young people aged 10-17 rely on the reassurance, care and calm presence of our overnight team. Every shift provides crucial support that helps them feel safe and ready for the day ahead.

What You'll Be Doing
Monitoring wellbeing and safety through regular checks
Providing reassurance and emotional support when needed
Responding to incidents calmly using trauma-informed practice
Safeguarding young people and following risk management plans
Keeping accurate overnight logs and incident reports
Completing domestic tasks to support a clean and safe home
Supporting morning routines and effective shift handovers
Engaging in training, team meetings and reflective practice
Your presence ensures consistency, security and trust throughout the night.
What You'll Bring
Experience supporting children or young people (residential preferred)
Level 3 in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards it
Strong communication and excellent observational skills
Emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Good knowledge of safeguarding and professional boundaries
Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
