Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Production Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations and contribute to the production of our premium sports mats and padding.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse and Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

Receiving Goods

: Accurately receive and verify inbound goods, ensuring they are booked into our system with the correct documentation.

Stock Management

: Organize stock efficiently and maintain precise stock records at all times.

Picking and Packing

: Ensure timely and accurate picking and packing of goods to meet customer delivery deadlines.

Manufacturing Sports Mats

: Manufacture high-quality sports mats and padding, including the manual stuffing of heavy-duty PVC covers.

Production Compliance

: Follow simple production instructions to ensure consistency and quality in all items produced.

Health & Safety

: Strictly adhere to all PPE requirements and Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Warehouse Maintenance

: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all team members.

Continuous Improvement

: Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives, helping the company innovate and grow.

Team Collaboration

: Support team members as needed and demonstrate flexibility across tasks and shifts.

Occasional Site Work

: Assist with site-based work such as fitting specialty padding to walls, columns, and floors as required.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience working in a warehouse environment Valid Flexi/Forklift Truck Licence Good literacy and numeracy skills Ability to understand simple production instructions and technical drawings

Desirable

Full UK Driving Licence Experience in a production or manufacturing role

Work Schedule & Holidays

Working Hours

: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Holiday Entitlement

: 22 days annual leave, plus 8 statutory holidays

Salary & Benefits

Pay

: 12.21 - 14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
