Salary: 29,411.20

Location: Hams Hall

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Arvato's Control Tower is our centralised warehouse hub where operators monitor, coordinate and optimise the flow of goods, orders and information using advanced systems like SAP and Power Bi ensuring efficiency, meeting SLA's and solving problems across the entire network. The roles involves data analysis, stakeholder communication and a focus on driving warehouse performance. We are seeking an additional member to join the Control Tower and be part of our Arvato journey.

Your Tasks

Plan, monitor and control order processing and internal flow of goods to ensure on-time shipment within SLAs/KPIs. Conduct inventories, stock counts, checks, and postings accurately and efficiently Provide SAP first-level IT support. Independently identify and resolve problems, initiate appropriate measures and communicate with specialist departments and management. Execute KPI reports, conduct system research and assist in planning. Support and implement projects related to logistics and warehouse management. Serve as the primary contact person and support for departments, and account/operations

Your Profile

Proficiency in WMS- SAP system -Essential Strong solution orientation with excellent organisational skills Experience working in a warehouse environment and familiarity with logistics/transport processes Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and other relevant computer applications Excellent attention to detail with good numerical skills and record-keeping abilities Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
