We are looking for a
Warehouse Manager (or Depot Director )
to oversee daily operations at our warehouse.This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. Experience in temperature-controlled storage will be ideal.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff Oversee goods receiving, storage, and dispatch Operate and supervise the safe use of forklifts and reach trucks Ensure stock accuracy and operational control (system training provided) Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
What we're looking for:
Experience in warehouse or logistics operations (management or senior supervisory level) Forklift and Reach Truck licence Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes A proactive, hands-on approach
