Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Working Hours: Full-time, flexible hours (including night shifts)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to support the overall management of our 24-hour air cargo warehouse operations. This role will act as second-in-command, overseeing supervisors, improving processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, office, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Warehouse Manager in managing daily 24-hour operations Oversee warehouse supervisors and shift leaders Implement and improve SOPs for inbound, outbound, and night operations Monitor KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and stock control Coordinate with office staff, drivers, and customers Manage staffing levels, shift planning, and operational issues Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Handle escalation issues and operational problem-solving
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations Proven experience in a supervisory or management role Experience working in multi-shift or 24-hour environments Strong understanding of warehouse processes and stock control Proficient in WMS / ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong leadership and decision-making skills Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
