As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be at the helm of our dynamic warehouse environment, driving efficiency and excellence in all aspects of operations. Your leadership will ensure that our warehouse runs smoothly, from inventory management to shipping and receiving. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement while managing a team dedicated to achieving operational goals. What you'll do

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste. Coordinate transportation planning and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods. Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and staff for peak performance. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for efficient operations. Collaborate with supply chain management teams to align demand planning with production schedules. Monitor budget performance and profit & loss statements to drive financial success.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) and non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) operations. Proficient in supply chain analytics and materials management practices. Knowledge of freight processes, purchasing, and order fulfillment strategies. Forklift certification is a plus.
