Warehouse Operations Manager

to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in handling products related to data systems and surveillance equipment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage inventory control, ensuring stock levels are accurate and optimal. Develop and implement strategies to streamline warehouse processes and improve productivity. Coordinate the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse performance. Ensure the maintenance of warehouse equipment and implement safety protocols to reduce accidents and downtime. Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays in shipping. Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive equipment, such as CCTV systems and data infrastructure. Assist in the development of warehouse layout and storage strategies for improved operational flow.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices. Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) and other logistics tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
