PurePac is a successful and growing packaging company specialising in new, reconditioned and recycled industrial containers. For over 50 years we've built our reputation on quality, reliability and looking after our people.

We are one of the fastest growing packaging distributors for IBC tanks sales as well as various plastic and metal containers, drums and kegs. PurePac has a vast customer base spanning many industries including the food and drinks sector, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, perfumery, minerals and precious metals.

As sales continue to grow, we're looking for a hardworking Warehouse & Production Operative to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

This is an active and varied role. You'll support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly across our multiple warehouses and the yard.

Your day may include:

Loading and unloading vehicles (including some handballing) Taking responsibility for the hands on reconditioning tasks including using jet washers to wash the outside of IBCs and spinners to wash the inside of IBCs Organising stock in the warehouse and yard Handling a range of new and reconditioned industrial packaging Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks Assisting with general production, recycling and quality checking tasks Ensuring work areas are safe, tidy and well maintained
(Full training will be provided on all equipment and processes.)

What We're Looking For

Essential

FLT Counterbalance licence

Solid warehouse or FLT experience (around 3 years) Good physical fitness Strong attention to detail A reliable team player who can also work independently Common sense and a positive, can-do attitude

Beneficial

(Not essential -- but great if you have them!)

UK driving licence LGV licence Supervisory experience First Aid or Fire Marshall training
