BrandArt Ltd design, print and supply branded merchandise for visitor attractions across the UK.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse & Production Operative to join our Welshpool team. This is a hands-on role offering variety and the opportunity to learn all aspects of our site operations.
You'll work across printing, picking and packing customer orders, as well as supporting with basic administrative tasks. The role involves rotating between different activities to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse and to build flexibility and resilience across the team.
Responsibilities
Provide flexible support across warehouse and production activities in line with business needs
Rotate between tasks to maintain workflow during busy periods, absences, or training
Learn new processes quickly to support smooth day-to-day operations across the site
- Warehouse & Dispatch
Receive, check, and store deliveries accurately
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders to a high standard of accuracy
Load and unload vehicles safely
Use warehouse systems to update stock records and print dispatch labels
Support monthly stock counts and investigate discrepancies
- Production
Assemble or finish products to specification using tools and machinery provided
Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions accurately
Carry out quality checks and report defects or issues promptly
Complete production logs and job sheets as required
- Admin (as needed)
Provide basic admin and coordination support during peak periods or absences
Learn key office processes such as order handling, goods-in logging, and dispatch coordination
Assist with delivery paperwork, supply ordering, and day-to-day communication between the Welshpool site and BrandArt HQ
Desirable Skills & Behaviors
Experience printing products - souvenir product experience would be a bonus
Willingness to work flexibly across departments
Strong team player, able to work collaboratively
A driven and self-motivated personality.
Strong time management skills
Experience operating forklifts; forklift certification is a bonus
Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety protocols
Good physical stamina for lifting, moving materials, and standing for extended periods
Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving
