Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Role Summary:

We're looking for a hands-on

Drilling Team Leader

to oversee the daily processing of all drilled and over-labelled orders. You'll lead a small team of 2-3 people, ensure quality and efficiency, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the drilling team to meet daily targets Oversee drilling and product labelling processes Ensure accuracy and quality of all drilled orders Challenge discrepancies in drilling specs Promote a strong health & safety culture Provide training and support to team members Use company systems (e.g. MS Office, Sage) effectively Support continuous improvement and team development

What You'll Need:

2+ years' experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role 1-3 years' CNC experience in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and leadership mindset Flexible and proactive approach to work Confident using software and systems Positive, motivated, and safety-conscious Approachable and friendly
