We are an award-winning independent fine wine retailer looking for a keen wine enthusiast to join our shop support team as a Web Orders & Dispatches Assistant

We are based in Central London & you would be based with the web and e-commerce team.

This is a tempary role until the end of the year, with potential extension in the new year

What are we looking for in our Web Orders & Dispatches Assistant?

Strong customer service skills with an ability to resolve issues quickly and satisfactorily. Excel skills (basic) to format multi sheets quickly and effectively. There will need to be able to assist with moving parcels. Comfortable with managing own workload and prioritising tasks. Articulate with excellent communication skills and good grammar. Comfortable with multitasking a range of different tasks. Resolving issues with 3rd party logistics (3PL) and speaking to all delivery partners.
An interest in wines & spirits would be an advantage.

The position is full time and is available for immediate start.

Pay: 13.85 per hour
